How To Join Westward Aviation Flying Club

Joining a club is simple

Start by filling out the online application form below.
Attend a New Member Briefing

A reservation is required to attend the New Member Orientation. Once you’ve completed the application, you’ll have the option to reserve a spot for one of our orientations.

Schedule Your Checkout in Your Favorite Aircraft
After attending the orientation, you’ll be ready to schedule a checkout in your preferred aircraft.

That’s it! You’re all set!

Note:
Upon completing the application process, your account will be charged both the Initiation Fee and the first month's dues. Please note that these fees are non-prorated and non-refundable if you choose to join at a later date. Only submit your application if you are ready to proceed with membership.

When filling out the New Member app, you will need the following to be uploaded during the application process:

Identification | Passport or Driver’s License.
Pilot Certificate | You will need the pilot certificate number (unless you are a student pilot).
Medical Certificate | You will enter the expiration date assuming a Third Class certificate.
Logbook | (with any endorsements for Flight Review (FR), complex, high-performance, tailwheel, etc.

Upon successful completion and acceptance of your membership application, the following will be required:

Credit/Debit Card | Maintaining a valid card is required.
Initiation Fee | $100
First Month’s Dues | $60
- Monthly Dues ($60) will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 1st of every month.
- We do not prorate monthly dues at signup, so if you are concerned about this, sign up early in the month.
